The greatest range of holiday accommodation on Naxos is in and around Chora (Naxos town) and along
the coastal strip to Ag. Anna, the most developed tourism areas.
There you will find everything from three to four-star hotels to small, family-run rooms or ‘studio-apartments’
with ensuite shower, loo and kitchenette, at a fraction of the price.
Further afield, the south-west coast along to Alyko Beach is scattered with small hotels and rooms,
available to let on a daily basis.

For relative peace and a flavour of real island life, there are rooms in the interior villages of Filoti and Apiranthos,
and, in high summer at coastal villages such as Apollonas and Moutsouna. Prices vary according to the season,
reaching a peak in July and August, when you have to compete for space with a mass influx of Athenian Greeks.

It is also possible to rent private houses or apartments (see listings); these can be pricey in July-August,
but are sometimes available at low rents November to April.
